Samson and Jurel star in another Royals Win ! 

The Rajasthan Royals continued their winning spree, as they beat the Lucknow Super Giants by seven wickets to do the double. Despite LSG setting a target of 197, RR were able to complete the chase thanks to the calm knocks by Sanju Samson and Dhruv Jurel who steadied the ship following the top-order being dismissed in quick time.

Captain KL Rahul (76) and Deepak Hooda (50) helped Lucknow Super Giants reach 196/5 against the Rajasthan Royals on Saturday. This was after the Royals pacers Trent Boult and Sandeep Sharma rattled them early, sending both Quinton de Kock and Marcus Stoinis back for 8 and 0 respectively.

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to bowl first against the Lucknow Super Giants in match no 44 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on Sunday. Both teams remain unchanged.

Coming down to bat, Rajasthan Royals scored 199 runs for 3 wickets in 19 overs and won the match. Rajasthan won the match by 7 wickets with 6 balls to spare and virtually pocketed the play-off ticket. Captain Sanju Samson scored a brilliant half-century. He completed his personal fifty off 28 balls with 6 fours and 2 sixes. Finally, with the help of 7 fours and 4 sixes, Samson remained unbeaten with 71 runs from 33 balls.

Dhruv Jurel also scored a half-century. He hit 50 off 31 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes. Jurel remained not out with 52 runs off 34 balls. Besides, Yasswi Jaswal scored 24 runs off 18 balls. Jos Buttler scored 34 runs off 18 balls. Ryan Parag got out after scoring 14 runs off 11 balls.
