Twin earthquake hits Andaman and Afghanistan, also sensed in Jammu and Kashmir.
Quake of magnitude 4.5 hits Andaman and Nicobar islands yesterday night around 9 pm IST with a depth of 137km in Andaman sea, according to National Center for Seismology (NCS).
Afghanistan also witnessed earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 at 2:26pm (IST) along with a depth of 120 km which effected Jammu and Kashmir with a magnitude of 3.5 at 2:47 pm IST.
There were no immediate reports of any loss of life or damage to property, officials said.
