BJP to Contest on 90 Assembly Seats of Jammu and Kashmir

The Union Home minister Amit Shah who is currently on a visit to Srinagar, Kashmir for 2 days said that the BJP will contest on all 90 Assembly seats of Jammu and Kashmir and urged the BJP party workers to boost up for the contest schedule later the year.

During his conversation with the state BJP unit delegation at the Lalit Palace Hotel in Srinagar, Shah expressed his regrets for not contesting in the Lok Sabha elections 2024 on three crucial Lok Sabha seats of Kashmir- Srinagar, Baramulla and Anantnag-Rajouri.

NC chief and Baramulla candidate Omar Abdullah said ” Doesn’t it look strange that the Home minister is leaving his election campaign and coming for two days to a place where they are not contesting elections.”
